Trademark Attorney, Denver or Boulder (Reference #75150114)

Holland & Hart's innovative and rapidly growing trademark practice is seeking an associate with two to five years of trademark experience, to join our trademark prosecution and enforcement team in our Denver or Boulder office. The successful candidate’s practice will focus on domestic and international prosecution, search and clearance, and enforcement, including demand letters, TTAB proceedings, UDRP proceedings, and some federal court litigation.

Requirements: Candidates should have solid law-firm experience in the trademark field, superior writing and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering stellar client service and practical business-oriented advice to a sophisticated clientele. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes innovation, efficiency, teamwork, and excellence. References will be required.
