The Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire a junior- to mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized media & entertainment practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ litigation experience in a respected law firm with a background in media and entertainment law, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, defamation, or privacy. Foreign language experience, especially Spanish, is a plus. Former law clerks are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be active members of the California Bar in good standing, and possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. Experience working with content creators of all stripes is a plus, but is not required.
