Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire an attorney with a minimum of six years of experience to join its national employment and labor law practice as a senior associate or counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional labor law, including labor arbitrations, as well as a broad understanding of federal and Washington State employment laws and regulations. The attorney’s practice will primarily focus on traditional labor law under the NLRA, RLA and PERC, but may also include some employment litigation (including single plaintiff and class action matters), as well as providing advice and counseling to clients concerning employment law issues.
The candidate must be a member or pending member of the Washington State Bar. This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated person with a desire to build a comprehensive employment practice with a focus on labor law in a collegial environment.
